Sometimes life doesn't fall apart.
It simply stops fitting.
A place to make sense of change across life, work, identity and what's next.
A simple way through the moments when life starts changing faster than your map of it.
You might be questioning a career that once felt certain.
Noticing your energy or priorities shifting.
Carrying more than you used to: at home, at work, or both.
Watching the world move in ways you didn’t plan for.
“It wasn’t one thing.
It was the accumulation.”
When several parts of life shift at once, it can be hard to know where to start, or even what you’re feeling.
The Recalibration Years (TRY) is a place to pause, make sense of what’s changing and start asking better questions.
Start wherever you are.

Who it’s for
TRY is for anyone who feels that something is shifting, but isn’t quite sure what to do with that feeling yet.
That might look like:
A career that no longer fits the person you’ve become
A life stage bringing new pressures and new questions
Plans that no longer match the world around you
A quiet restlessness you can’t quite name
Paying attention is enough to begin.
The story behind TRY
TRY was founded by Mischa Douglas after more than two decades helping people and organisations through change. What began as a personal exploration of life’s shifting seasons has grown into a conversation about making sense of change when work, health, identity and purpose all shift at once.
